Coaching
Coaching is an individual related and occupational consultancy, whereas the coach encourages the trainees own responsibility. This means less specialist counselling of particular companies issues but consultation of proceedings. Coaching is the art of initiating new thinking processes, inspire and optimize individual capabilities for the trainee, asking appropriate questions, using structured dialogue and directed interventions.
Intention of coaching means getting clarity of the actual situation, achieving improved action alternatives and affording a constitutional evolution of the character.
